777ga Terms & Conditions — Your Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777ga ("777ga", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://777ga.net. This Agreement is written in English and governs all interactions between you and 777ga.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, accepting a bonus offer, or otherwise accessing or using the 777ga platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its terms, and that you consent to be bound by it. If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement.

In the event of a conflict between any translated version of these Terms & Conditions and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 777ga platform is strictly intended for adults. You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to create and maintain an account:

• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law and where accessing such platforms constitutes a criminal offence under local statute.

777ga employs age verification procedures at the time of first withdrawal and may require age verification at registration or at any other time at its sole discretion. Players found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and all deposits returned where possible in accordance with applicable procedures.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one account on the 777ga platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if any detail changes. 777ga is not liable for any losses or service interruptions arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, 777ga requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing their first withdrawal. KYC verification may also be requested at any other time at 777ga's discretion. The documents typically required include:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport as proof of identity.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your current residential address as proof of address (issued within the past 3 months).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 14 days of the request being issued — may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777ga will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

777ga supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen for their relevance and accessibility to players in Bangladesh. All account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on the 777ga platform:

777ga reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are estimates only and may be affected by periods of high demand, public holidays, or banking system maintenance windows. 777ga will not be held liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

777ga offers a range of bonus promotions to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of this Agreement by reference.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each offer will be stated clearly in the offer terms. Unless stated otherwise in the individual offer terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonus offers at 777ga:

• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when placing wagers, unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots generally contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games, table games, and sports pre-match bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in individual offer terms.
• Maximum bet size while a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain unmet is ৳500 per round or spin, unless expressly stated otherwise. Wagers exceeding this limit during an active bonus will be voided.
• Bonus offers are valid for 30 days from the date of credit unless stated otherwise. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining at expiry will be removed from your account.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

777ga reserves the right to refuse, withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus credit or winnings derived from bonus credit where it reasonably believes that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; or colluding with other players to satisfy wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, 777ga may permanently close the relevant account and retain all associated balances.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 777ga platform — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live casino games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and crash and instant-win games from Spribe — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. In all cases where a specific rule is not listed, 777ga's general sports betting rules apply, and 777ga's decision on any disputed bet outcome is final and binding.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the 777ga platform, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of personal entertainment and in strict compliance with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. You agree that you will not, at any time:

• Register more than one player account on the platform.
• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Use automated scripts, bots, AI tools, or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploit any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Attempt to launder money or use the 777ga platform to facilitate any financial crime.
• Collude with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engage in any form of fraudulent chargeback or dispute on a valid deposit transaction.
• Transfer funds between player accounts or engage in peer-to-peer transactions using the platform's payment infrastructure.
• Use the platform while located in a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempt to access any account other than your own, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of 777ga's platform or infrastructure.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

777ga reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player is under the age of 18.
• The account has been used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
• The player has provided false identity or payment information.
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion agreement that was not disclosed at the time of registration.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require the account to be restricted or closed.

In cases of suspension pending investigation, 777ga will hold any account balance securely. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and full access to the balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 777ga account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course, and any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds will lapse on closure. 777ga will retain your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention requirements.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Closures

If you request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — the closure will be treated with priority and care. 777ga will not send promotional communications to accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons. Players who have self-excluded may not re-register for a period of no less than 6 months. 8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ga's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 777ga shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with the use of the platform.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable principles of international online gaming law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration. Players located in Bangladesh consent to the use of English as the language of all dispute resolution proceedings.
